On 14th November Dan Hardy beat highly-respected fighter Mike Swick at UFC 105. Prior to the fight UFC president Dana White had said that the winner would get a chance to take on George St-Pierre, the current welterweight champion.
GSP is considered to be one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world and will undoubtedly be the toughest opponent Hardy has ever faced. So tough that most of the sport's experts don't think he'll have a chance.
We, on the otherhand, think GSP might be in for a bit of a shock. We've seen Hardy fight and train and reckon he's got the technique, fitness and determination to cause a major upset. If you want to build massive strength and serious explosive power, give it a go in your gym.
