After leading the UK team to victory in the latest series of UFC reality TV show The Ultimate Fighter, British middleweight fighter Michael Bisping now faces the biggest challenge of his career – a fight against American MMA veteran and former Pride champion Dan Henderson at UFC 100 in Las Vegas in July.
Recently, we went to his gym – the Wolfslair – to have a look at the training he's been doing for the bout. We even managed to stitch together this all-body workout video from some of exercises he does. It won't make you as hard as Bisping, but will help you make massive gains in power and endurance.
