Challenge your cardio-fitness with this punch-happy Friday Challenge.


This new Friday Challenge, our 16th, will leave you more knackered than anything else you've done in the gym this week but with a way bigger endorphin buzz. Here's how it goes:

Do three rounds of the following moves as quickly as you can
-    400m sprint
-    50 dumb-bell uppercuts (5kg men, 3kg women. Alternate sides for each uppercut)
-    1km bike sprint (any resistance)
-    50 dumb-bell jabs (5kg men, 3kg women. Alternate sides for each jab)
