Men's Fitness Friday Challenge 18/02/11
We wave good-bye to the Friday Challenge series with a vicious test of strength and cardio.
It's with a heavy heart that we post this, the last Friday Challenge. We've put up 52 of these short, demanding tests and now we're taking a break so we can focus on the next MF digital project – a total re-design of the site, making it easier to use and nicer to look at. Watch this space.
As you might expect we're finishing the whole shebang off with a tough little number. Here's what we're asking you to do:
Do the following as fast as you can…
- 50 press-ups
- 2km run
- 25 pull-ups
- 2km run
- 10 dragon flags
- 1km run
Don't forget to record how long it took you to complete the challenge because [for the last time, sniff] we want you to post your time in the comment box that appears at the bottom of this article.
