Men's Fitness Friday Challenge 11/02/11

If you've got good strength endurance, you're going to do well in this three-move dumb-bell challenge.

All you need to do this Friday Challenge is a pair of 10kg dumb-bells, three-minutes and a bit of elbow grease. Scratch that, a lot of elbow grease. Here's what we're asking you to do – as fast as you can and with no rest between the moves, of course:
 
Do one minute of each of the following moves…
- Dumb-bell squats (10kg in each hand)
- Dumb-bell uppercuts (10kg in each hand)
- Dumb-bell woodchops (10kg, alternate sides after each rep)
