It's time for the last Friday Challenge of the year – a tough ten-minute kettlebell circuit.

Welcome to the last Friday Challenge of the year! It offers a great fitness-boosting way to see off 2010, but if you don't have time to do it today, why not do it tomorrow to clear the post-NYE fog and start 2011 off as you mean to continue?
 
Here's what we're asking you to do:

Do as many rounds of the following moves as you can in 10 minutes. Use a 16kg kettlebell...

- 20 kettlebell swings
- 20 seated kettlebell Russian twists
- 20 kettlebell clean and squats (10 each side)
- 20 kettlebell halos (10 each side)

Don't forget to record how many rounds and reps you got through because we want you to post your score in the comment box that appears at the bottom of this article.
