Four tough moves, four minutes of high-intensity work – get ready for the quick total-body blitz that is the 43rd Friday Challenge.
Now the Christmas party season is upon us, finding time to get full-length workouts done can be tricky. That's where this short and incredibly vicious Friday Challenge comes in, it'll take a fraction of the time of one of your normal workouts and will work your major muscle groups just as hard. Here's what we're asking you to do:
Do as many reps of the following moves as you can in the following time...
- 1 minute of round the worlds (swap sides after each rep)
- 1 minute of medicine ball core rotations
- 1 minute of kettlebell squats (use a 16kg bell)
- 1 minute of burpeesAim for 20 seconds rest between each move, take more if you need it but don't go over 60 seconds.
