A devilishly tough two-move challenge that tests your core and and upper-body strength.

This savagely macho challenge combines two of the toughest moves going, and we've saved the toughest exercise until last. We're nice like that.

Do two rounds of the following moves as fast as you can…
- 50 ballistic press-ups
- 30 dragon flags

You'll need to warm up before you get started so try this Men's Fitness Friday Challenge warm-up we've devised.
