Brave and fit. That's what you need to be to take on this ten-minute test of total-body strength.
Prepare for possibly the hardest ten minutes of your life. We're asking you to do the following:
As many rounds of the following moves as you can in 10 minutes
- 5 pull-ups
- 5 knee raises
- 10 press-ups
- 10 squat thrusts
Sounds amazing, right?
You'll need to warm up before you get started so try this Men's Fitness Friday Challenge warm-up
