Fat-busting blueberry smoothie

Give flab the heave-ho with this lard-busting drink

Ingredients

100g blueberries
1tsp flaxseeds
½ a banana
1tsp honey
3tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
2-3tbsp oats
50ml soya milk

Blueberries

100g of blueberries contains just 56 calories and lots of cancer-bashing antioxidants such as vitamin C and E.

Flaxseeds

Rich in linoleic acid, which helps reduce body fat.

Banana

Scrape off the inner peel and add it too – it holds lots more nutrients and fibre that you might miss.

Honey

A natural energy food that boosts your immune system.

Yoghurt

The calcium speeds up
the metabolism and enhances fat loss.

Oats

Oats are high in complex carbs and protein, which stop you from feeling hungry.
