Aphrodisiac Smoothie Ginger Pineapple Coriander

Add a little spice between the sheets with this simple smoothie

Ingredients

½ a pineapple, peeled and cubed
15g root ginger, chopped
Small bunch of coriander, chopped

Ginger

Ginger’s volatile oils give this smoothie a punch, and deliver a powerful, warming shot of healing and stimulating enzymes, guaranteeing an evening as spicy as this drink.

Pineapple

Pineapple’s sweetness contrasts with the ginger and gives a hit of vitamin C and potassium, which should keep your energy levels up all night.

Coriander

Coriander is one of the most ancient culinary and medicinal plants, and has been used as an aphrodisiac since the Middle Ages. It’s a potent cocktail of flavonoids and phytochemicals that help increase blood flow, which can only be a good thing.
