You will need
2 skinless turkey breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 small head of broccoli, chopped
1tbsp mild curry powder
500ml half-fat crème fraîche
How to make it
Heat the oil in a casserole dish on the hob, add the turkey breasts and cook through for a few minutes. Add the onion and garlic, cook for another minute and then add the other ingredients and stir well. Transfer to the oven, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
