For anyone who’s not quite ready for the full-on intensity of a UFC fight, amateur MMA – where headshots aren’t allowed and knockouts are almost non-existent – is the next best thing.
Each fight takes place over a single five-minute round, and there are no judges – you either get your opponent to give up, or it’s a gentlemanly draw.
