MF tries breakdancing
Bust a move for cardio fitness

MF's Joel Snape met up with UK B-Boy champs the Soul Mavericks to work on some tricky, heart-pounding moves.

After taking on all comers to become UK breakdancing champs, B-Boy crew Soul Mavericks are set to take on teams from as far afield as the USA, Korea and, erm, Belgium in a bid to prove that they're the best in the world. MF met up with them to check out their moves and learn some of the basics, including the six-step, Russians, Zulus, and the frankly terrifying Baby Freeze. Check out the video and feel free to try it at home - but don't blame us if you do yourself a mischief.

The Sony Ericsson B-Boy championships world finals are on 10th-11th October. Check out bboychampionships.com for more details.
