Psycho Circuits

If you think normal circuit classes are for wimps, try Psycho Circuits

We tried out a Psycho Circuits class at Gymbox in central London. It felt a bit like prison-camp torture run by a malevolent Garage DJ, but you'd be hard pressed to find another class as fitness-boosting as this.
