- Lie with your back and head resting on the bench and hold the bar above your face with an overhand grip, with your wrists turned in slightly.
- Brace your core and lower the bar slowly behind your head.
- Squeeze your triceps at the top of the move.
- Avoid arching your back and keep your upper arms in the same position throughout.
