Boredom-busting muscle moves
Kettlebell lunge

Sets: 3 / Reps: 9-12 Each Side

Hold the kettlebell with your right hand and lunge forward, leading with your left leg. Pass the kettlebell under your leading leg and around the front of your knee. Push back up explosively through your heel and repeat on the other side.
