Add 10kg to your squat in less than a month
You know squat

Personal trainer Gideon Remfry explains how you can add 10kg to your squat by doing these three moves

'The squat is one of the best exercises you can do. It recruits a huge number of muscles, burns loads of calories and aids co-ordination. If you’re not yet a squatter, these moves will help you squat properly. If it’s already part of your workout, they’ll help you lift more weight.'

‘Most people have weakness in their hamstrings, glutes and iliotibal band, a strip of tissue that runs from the hip to the knee. This causes bad alignment of the knees. These moves help by stabilising joints and promoting good technique. The single-leg squat targets a common area of weakness, while the myofascial release acts like a deep tissue massage to flush out toxins.'

Want strongman strength? Then try these compound moves.
