Target: triceps

Blast your triceps' long head with this focused EZ-bar movement

Lying triceps extension
  • Lie with your back and head resting on the bench and hold the bar above your face with an overhand grip, with your wrists turned in slightly.
  • Brace your core and lower the bar slowly behind your head.
  • Squeeze your triceps at the top of the move.
  • Avoid arching your back and keep your upper arms in the same position throughout.
